The Hyatt Centric/ Regency Hotel site has been cleared and prepared for excavation to begin. The Murray street tower portion of the site can be seen here, looking east towards Fallsview Blvd.
Zerafa Studio LLC has been selected to design a new 1200 room Hyatt Centric/Regency Hotel in Niagara Falls. The dual-brand hotel property will bring two of Hyatt's luxury brands together in one development and establish a new standard for the dynamic Niagara Falls hospitality market. Zerafa Studio LLC in collaboration with Gregory T. Waugh Architect has been selected to design the Orange County Crime Victims' Memorial in Mason Regional Park. Irvine. The winning memorial design was selected from five finalists through a two-stage International competition that included 59 submissions. Zerafa Architecture Studio's design for the Orange County Crime Victims Memorial has been selected as one of five finalist in an open competition from 59 schemes submitted for Stage 1. Stage 2 will be submitted in Jan 2014 and the winning scheme will be announced after a public exhibition in April 2014.

We are pleased to announced we have been awarded the Second Place Prize in the recent MOP competition to design a new Headquarters Tower for "Correos de Chile" in Santiago. Zerafa Architecture Studio submitted the design in association with AATA Arquitectos for the 27,000 sm office tower called the Edificio Institucional de Correos. The design was selected by the jury from 28 eligible projects.
